First of all, I am so happy to have someone like Natasha to keep me motivated. A couple of months ago, i hated my life. My boyfriends Nan, Dot, had passed away from caner...and then the week after my beloved childhood dog Dixie.

After this I thought ‘right must get my life on track!’ And applied to do Race For Life-Running 5k for Dot and for Dixie! I first met Tash when I had just joined the gym and started to train for the run. I had taken up ‘body first’ where you get three free sessions with a PT....when the 3 sessions were up I stayed with Tash, its been just over a month now...my life is finally on track and a I have a Friend as well as a PT to help me with my weight loss and to making me see a new outlook on life (and believe me she’s helping a lot!).

She gives me a lot of confidence to do the things I want to do and to become who I’ve always wanted to be,shes always been there for whenever I’ve had a question, recipe or even if I was just down in the dumps....Anyway thanks Tash...your one in a million!!!!

The Herbalife products have allowed me to keep in just as good a shape as I had when I was playing top class rugby. Not bad when you consider that my training regime presently consists of just doing press-ups and sit-ups morning and evening which, as you can imagine, is not quite the schedule I used to maintain!

My full time job currently consists of sitting in a cockpit hours on end. It is a very sedentary existence and indeed before I took the products it meant that I was fast turning into your overweight, stereotypical, middle-aged pilot, not to mention ex rugby player.
