Why should I have a Personal Trainer?

A Personal Trainer can take you further than you ever thought possible, achieving much more than you initially believed you were capable of. At your side each and every step of the way, offering outstanding knowledge, inspiration and support, but most importantly ensuring you are having FUN!

Is Personal Training just for the rich and famous?

No. Personal Training is for everybody. Regardless of your ability, age, shape or fitness levels you can benefit from working out with a PT.

How will I know if the Personal Trainer is qualified or not?

Firstly, ask to see the Personal Trainer's qualifications.

For further clarification, you can check the Personal Trainers accreditation on the REP's Register (Register of Exercise Professionals).

Am I fit enough to do PT?

Yes. No matter how fit, or unfit you think you are, your Personal Trainer will assess your capabilities from the start. Therefore ensuring you are progressing the whole time you’re with us.

How long do I need my PT for?

There is no set amount of time you have to stay with your Personal Trainer. Some goals are quickly achieved, some take a little longer. This time frame will be much clearer once you have had your initial consultation.

What do I get for my money?

BY keeping up to date, by further education, by means of the CPD Points scheme you gain outstanding knowledge. These points are gained via courses, conventions and workshops. In addition, you also receive unlimited support, Via Email, Web-based sessions & Telephone, making sure you stay focused, committed and motivated.

RESULTS!

How long will it take to see results?

Depending on how many times per week you see your PT, there are a lot of hours where you are unsupervised. These hours count too. You and your PT will work together to make sure you know what you need to do, outside of your arranged PT sessions, to speed up your progress.

How are you different to any other PTs?

I will go the extra mile with you because I remember how alone I felt during my struggle with personal weight and fitness problems, and to have the support of someone who totally understands can be the difference between success and failure.

What results can I expect to see / feel?

Straight away! After your first session, you will start to see & feel the benefits. A new outlook, sense of energy and belief that you can achieve anything! And that’s just the start...
