Originally from Wilmslow, Cheshire, I’ve worked throughout the country in mainly business development roles. I have taken every opportunity that has been presented to me and that is how I will always live my life. I now live in Combermere, Shropshire with my 2 children and dog.
Health and Fitness is something that not only I feel passionately about and believe to be critical for a happy healthy life, but because helping people achieve their health and fitness goals through Personal Training is something that I have discovered I excel in.
I am a product of my own success as well, having taken a significant step towards ensuring my own personal health early 2008, I am now probably the healthiest, fittest and happiest I have ever been.
Outside of work I enjoy walking in the countryside or on a beach in North Wales with
my family. On rainy days, you will find be in the kitchen either cooking up a healthy
dish or sat around the kitchen table with my mum and sisters putting the world to right!

About me
As a young adult I was naturally very skinny and didn't feel the need to exercise or take
care of my body as a result I started to see my fitness drop and the size of my belly
increase. As a result of my bad lifestyle I developed type 1 diabetes’s and am now
dependant on insulin. My illness and my flabby belly gave me the push I needed to get
into the gym and change my nutritional habits. By the age of 21 I had been training 2
&1/2 years and was in pretty good shape and was getting asked by other gym members
for my advice. Upon seeing how much I enjoyed helping others I decided to change my
career path and study to be a personal trainer.
I became a fully qualified Personal Trainer at 22 in 2005 and begun working as free
lance personal trainer mainly situated at fitness first (Crewe) where I still have many
clients. In the autumn of 2006 i decided to put my own training to the test and compete
in my first bodybuilding show where I placed 2nd and qualified for the Mr Britain finals.
I competed again in 2008 when my placement allowed me to travel to Athens for the
world amateur championships where I placed 7th. Although my chosen sport is
bodybuilding I love to train clients from all sporting backgrounds which have included
boxing football, American football, rugby, mixed martial arts, cricket and even golf. As a body builder I am required to know the human body and getting on stage means reducing body fat to extreme low levels. Although most clients would never want to achieve this my knowledge allows me to help my clients reach their weight and body fat targets quickly easily and healthily.
